The shipping time for items purchased on our website is 3 to 5 days from the time the order is placed.


If you have already placed an order with us, it is being processed and you will receive a notification, to the email you wrote, when your order is shipped. Please check your tracking number and allow more time for your package to arrive.


It is important that you understand that when making a purchase to ship to an address, you are not only buying the product from us, but you are also hiring a shipping agency. In most cases to the United States Postal Service or USPS.

This is why we are not responsible for lost orders that have been sent correctly. We will do our best to help you solve the problem, but the responsibility remains with that shipping agency.

If you do not provide us with the correct shipping address and the order returns to our facilities, you must pay the shipping cost again to be able to resend it to the correct address.

If the address error was ours, we will correct the error and reship as soon as possible.

Note: Through this website we can only take orders and ship products to addresses within Puerto Rico, the United States, its territories and Canada.
