(Arachis Hypogaea)
Annual plant family of legumes. The plant grows to 1 foot tall and up to 3 feet wide, has yellow flowers, and puts out peanuts on the roots. It needs well-loose and well-drained soil to fatten it up. Good crop for times with difficult climates in the tropics.
